This Privacy Policy explains how Utmark Saga ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Dominic Coughlan, collects and handles your personal information through utmark-saga.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We only collect what you give us through our forms:
- Your email address when you join the mailing list or apply to be a beta tester.
- Optional details you choose to provide in the beta form (the platform you'd test on, and anything you write in the message field).
- Basic, non-identifying technical data (such as standard server logs) collected by our website host to keep the site running.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to: send you the updates, dev logs, and release news you signed up for; manage beta-tester applications; and respond to you if you contact us. We never sell your information.

4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate, who process it on our behalf: our website host and form processor (Netlify), and — if and when we use them — our email service and our community platform (Discord). We do not otherwise disclose your information.
5. Overseas storage
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia (for example, in the United States). By submitting your information, you consent to it being stored and processed overseas.
6. Cookies & fonts
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those fonts.
7. Security & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure. We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing utmarksaga@gmail.com.
9. Age
Utmark Saga is an 18+ project. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
